This Privacy Policy applies to the Kling AI Video website, account features, credit purchases, AI video generation tools, and support communications. It does not control third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy policies.

We receive information you submit when you create or manage an account, contact support, purchase credits, or use the generator. This may include your name, email address, profile image, support messages, prompts, generation settings, uploaded images or other reference media, and transaction details such as the purchased plan, amount, status, and transaction identifier.

When you use the site, we and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, diagnostic events, and cookie or similar identifiers. We use this information to operate the site, understand usage, prevent abuse, and investigate errors.

Prompts and uploaded reference media are transmitted to our backend and relevant model or infrastructure providers to complete your request. Generated media and associated task details may be retained so you can view generation history, retrieve results, or share content when you choose a sharing feature. Do not upload confidential material or personal information you are not authorized to process.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive transaction metadata needed to confirm the purchase, add credits, provide receipts or payment history, prevent fraud, and respond to refund requests. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number on our servers.

We use information to authenticate users; provide generation, history, sharing, account, and payment features; calculate and maintain credit balances; process purchases and refund requests; answer support messages; secure and debug the service; measure performance and usage; enforce our Terms; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that support authentication, payment processing, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, security, and AI model inference. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.

The site uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, payment-flow continuity, and analytics. Blocking these technologies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other account features from working. You can manage cookies through your browser and, where available, through provider controls.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and account records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply where local law requires it. Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or other lawful mechanisms for cross-border processing.
