Terms of Service

Kling AI Video provides an independent interface for AI video generation together with educational information about Kling video models. We are not Kuaishou, we do not operate the official Kling AI website, and references to Kling or other third-party products do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Some features require paid credits. The price, credit amount, and included features shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Credits are deducted when you request an eligible generation or paid operation. Availability, processing time, model limits, and credit cost may change as providers update their services. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

You keep any rights you already hold in prompts, images, audio, video, and other material you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to receive, host, process, transmit, and display that material so we can provide the requested service. You must have permission to use everything you submit.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for lawful purposes. AI output may resemble existing people, works, brands, or material and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it commercially.

Do not use the service to create or distribute illegal content; sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats; instructions for serious wrongdoing; fraud, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media; content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; malware; or attempts to bypass safeguards, probe the service, or interfere with other users. We may reject requests, remove material, limit access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

AI-generated video is probabilistic. Output can contain visual, motion, audio, text, factual, or continuity errors and may differ between runs using the same prompt. Examples on this site are demonstrations, not promises of a particular result. Do not rely on generated output as professional, legal, medical, financial, or factual advice. You should independently review any output used in public, commercial, or high-impact settings.

Authentication, payment processing, analytics, storage, model inference, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their availability and separate terms or privacy practices may affect your use of the service. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that we do not control.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure through the available account tools or by contacting support. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, security risk, or conduct that could harm the service or another person. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular project, or that generated output will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or accepted by any platform or authority. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kling AI Video and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

We may update these Terms when the service, our providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that date. Questions can be sent to support@klingaivideo.app.
